Frank Choate found guilty in Marie Warren murder case

LAPEER, MICH (WNEM) -

Frank Choate has been found guilty of all counts in the murder of 86-year-old Marie Warren.

Warren's body was found just a few miles from her Lapeer County home back in 2006.

Her fingertips had been cut off.

Prosecutors believe Choate killed Warren during a home invasion.
