While many of you are getting ready for Turkey Day, some volunteers are thinking about giving back to the community.
In Flint, a dinner will be served Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the International Academy of Flint at 2820 S. Saginaw.
Salvation Army of Genesee County will hold a free community dinner at the Salvation Army Beecher Corps at 1475 Coldwater Rd. from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Bay City's First United Methodist Church plans to feed 650 people from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 19 at the church at 1710 Wenona St.
The Zion Lutheran Church in Freeland on Thursday, Nov. 22nd. Lunch served from 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
