Police say a burglar apparently left behind a note claiming that the theft of electronics from a Flint home was an "inside job."
The Flint Journal reports the note that read "I was paid to do this, inside job" was found where a 48-inch television used to sit following the Thursday break-in.
The theft was discovered when the homeowner returned to find her front door open. Police logged the note and a blue pen nearby as evidence.
An investigator found damage to a bedroom window. A 36-inch TV, a 32-inch TV and a video game console also were missing.
