Man charged, accused of sex assault on girl

BUENA VISTA TOWNSHIP, MI (WNEM) -

A 25-year-old man has been formally charged with sexually assaulting a girl 17 times this year.

Police tell us the victim was only 12 years old at the time of the assaults.

Charles View, of Bay City, is facing a number of criminal sexual conduct charges.

Authorities said all of the assaults happened in Buena Vista Township. View is scheduled back in court Dec. 21.
