Dealing with holiday stress? WNEM is here to help

SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -

The holidays can be a depressing time for many without family and WNEM is here to help.

The Holiday Mental Health Phone Bank is taking place Thursday during the 5 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. newscasts on WNEM TV5.

Mental health professionals will be on hand during the phone bank, offering advice and answering questions.

The phone bank is sponsored by HealthSource Saginaw.

The call-in number is 1-800-257-8943.
