Mount Pleasant police search for thief

MOUNT PLEASANT, MI (WNEM) -

Police need your help finding a man who allegedly stole $1,200 worth of merchandise from two Sprint stores in Mount Pleasant.

The suspect allegedly stole a cell phone from one store and a notepad from another Friday.

The stores have surveillance footage of the suspect. He appeared to be a white male with dark hair dressed in a dark coat and pants.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Mount Pleasant Police Department at 989-779-5100 or the anonymous tip line at 989-779-9111.
