GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The former housekeeper of a Greenville couple that was brutally killed in their home is back in jail.

Shirley Rogers showed up to federal court Wednesday afternoon, accused of violating her bond for previous charges.

Rogers is not accused in the violent deaths of Helen and Gary Wells, but she is accused of stealing from the couple while she worked for them.

Wednesday, a federal judge revoked Rogers' bond as she was taken into custody on a new charge in Greenville.

Warrants for her arrest were signed Tuesday, accusing her of breach of trust. Greenville City Police allege she rented a U-Haul truck on Nov. 18, and while it was supposed to be returned by the 19, it wasn't for a month. Judge Kevin McDonald noted that she returned it Tuesday, after warrants were signed against her.

The last time Rogers was at the same courthouse, with the same judge, she was arraigned on federal charges that ranged from credit card fraud, to stolen mail and aggravated identity theft. Investigators said that victim was her former employer, Helen Wells.

Investigators said the fraud happened in September, and in October, Helen and her husband, Gary Wells, were found violently murdered, with multiple sharp force injuries. Their Eastside home had been ransacked.

Until Wednesday, Rogers was free on a personal recognizance bond. She was required to meet certain conditions to stay out of jail.

The judge said Rogers failed to uphold her end of the deal by staying out of trouble. The judge said he couldn't trust Rogers to tell the truth so he revoked her bond. Officials in Anderson said Rogers was being held there by federal authorities since Wednesday.

Some family members of the Wells were in court as well. They didn't want to speak on camera, but they're still very unsettled with their parents murder and think Shirley Rogers may have more information about their deaths, since she knew the man who's been arrested for the killings.

That man is Jonathan Rhodes. Warrants say Rhodes broke into the Wells' house on Terramont Drive. He's now charged with two counts of murder.

Investigators continue to work the case but do not have any developments at this point.
