PETOSKEY, MI (WNEM) -

The mother of a local boy who was found dead under the porch of his home has taken a plea agreement in a drug-related case.

The Bay City Times reports 21-year-old Jaimee Chamberlain pleaded guilty to possessing marijuana Wednesday. She was accused of trying to sell the drug to undercover police officers.

TV5 has since learned that Chamberlain agreed to plead guilty to possessing marijuana -- a lesser charge -- in exchange for her testimony against two of her co-defendants in the drug case.

You may remember Chamberlain's son, 4-year-old Carnel was found dead underneath their home near Mount Pleasant in June 2012.

Meanwhile,  that home where little Carnel's body was found is now gone.

The home used to sit on the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Reservation near Mount Pleasant, but has been moved. No word yet on why the house was moved. Jaimee Chamberlain's boyfriend, Anthony Bennett is facing federal charges in connection with the boy's death.
