First Alert Forecast: Warm weather, flooding concerns arrive

First Alert Day today and Tuesday! Rain showers will be possible today, scattered early, becoming more likely into the afternoon and evening. 

Temperatures will be in the upper 30s through daybreak and will soar toward 60 degrees as a warm front arrives today. 

Record warmth expected on Tuesday into the upper 60s.  Rain, steady and soaking will be expected. 

Rain totals of 1 to 3" will be expected by Wednesday. 

Flooding will be a central issue through mid week.  It will still stay mild into the end of the work week and into the weekend with highs in the 40s and 50s.
