Weekend crash claims life of Clare man

MOUNT PLEASANT, MI (WNEM) -

One person is dead after a weekend crash in Isabella County.

The crash happened early Sunday on North Isabella Road.

Sheriff's deputies say 35-year-old Jeremy Caldwell of Clare was thrown from the vehicle after it went into a ditch, struck a driveway culvert, then rolled over several times.

Caldwell was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash is still under investigation.
