Police in Saginaw are identifying the person whose body was found last week outside an old commercial building.
The discovery of Rita Terrell's body was made Tuesday afternoon outside the structure on Walnut, near Fourth. The Saginaw News reports Terrell, 54, moved to Saginaw from Detroit about a year ago.
The Saginaw News stated that an autopsy didn't show outward signs of what killed Terrell and investigators are now waiting on a toxicology report.
Police said their preliminary assessment indicated no foul play in Terrell's death.
