LANSING, MI (AP) -
Governor Rick Snyder will present his budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
We're learning that Michigan schools could get more money.
The state budget director said schools could get up to a 2-percent increase in funding.
The governor will also require universities to limit tuition increases to less than 4 percent or lose state aid.
The budget is set to be unveiled at 11 a.m. on Thursday.
