Flint Mayor Dayne Walling is set to give his State of the City address Monday.
It will be the second since the city was taken over by the emergency financial manager.
This year's theme is working together toward Flint's future.
The city's most recent financial audit shows it has about a $19 million deficit, that's through the 2012 fiscal year.
Right now, the city is operating under the 2013 budget.
The mayor's State of the City address will be Monday at 4 p.m. before a special meeting of the city council.
The public is encouraged to attend.
