Drug bust made at New London convenience store

NEW LONDON, CT (WFSB) -

A New London man is facing charges after police made a bust at a local convenience store.

Police said they arrested Sunny Singh after confiscating 500 packets of synthetic marijuana at the Sam's Food-Ravi Petro on Broad Street.

Police said they also discovered more than $34,000 in cash as well as other drug paraphernalia.

Singh is now facing several charges.
