SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -
There are still a few advisories in effect in Mid-Michigan, but only for Lake Huron.
There is a small craft advisory for the Lake Huron shoreline, between Sturgeon Point to Alabaster. The advisory remains in effect until 7 a.m. Friday.
Two brisk wind advisories are in effect for Saginaw Bay and the shoreline of Lake Huron in the Thumb. Winds could exceed 30 knots. The advisories remains in effect until 12 a.m. Friday.
As for the inland weather forecast, TV5 Meteorologist Catherine Bodak says the snow will taper off Thursday with a few lingering flurries possible over the Thumb region. Daytime highs will be in the mid 30s. Dry skies and colder temperatures will settle in for the weekend.
