SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -
Police continue to search for the person who gunned down a man near a community center on March 4.
Police found 27-year-old Jovan Kimball Monday afternoon in the parking lot of Neighborhood House which is on the corner of Russell and Nimons streets in Saginaw.
Emergency response personnel pronounced Kimball dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
Kimball is Saginaw's second homicide victim of the year.
Police are continuing to investigate. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Saginaw Police Department or call Crimestoppers at 1-800-422-JAIL.
