MIDLAND, MI (WNEM) -
Midland Mayor Maureen Donker will present Midland's State of the City address Wednesday morning.
The address will take place at the Great Hall Banquet and Convention Center, located at 5121 Bay City Rd.
Festivities get under way with registration at 11:15 a.m., followed by lunch at 11:45 a.m.
The program will take place from 12-1 p.m.
WNEM will be at the event and will provides updates as more information comes in.
