Spirit beat Sarnia 3-2, final two regular home games this weekend

Garret Ross, Jason Shaw and Nick Moutrey all scored to lead the Saginaw Spirit to a 3-2 victory over the Sarnia Sting Thursday night.

The Spirit return home for their final two regular season games on Friday and Saturday at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw.

The Spirit host Kitchener on Friday. The Rangers are 39-19-1-8 (85) and are currently the fourth seed in the OHL Western Division playoff race.

Saginaw will then close out the regular season on Saturday when they host London. The Knights are 48-13-2-3 (101) and will most likely be the Spirit's matchup in the first round of the OHL playoffs. The Knights led the OHL in points attained this season.
