Could a legal challenge be brewing over the Transportation Security Administration's recent decision to allow small folding knives on planes?
State law bans knives with a blade of any length in the secure area of airports.
But beginning next month, the TSA says agents will allow them through checkpoints anyway.
Souvenir baseball bats, golf clubs and other sports equipment also will be permitted.
State Attorney General Bill Schuette says the ban on knives remains in effect, despite what the TSA says.
