CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

The man accused in the murder of Jazmine Trotter was in court on Friday morning.

Jerome Ogletree pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder. More charges are expected once the case goes to the Grand Jury. Ogletree's bond was set at $1M.

Trotter was found murdered on March 26. The missing woman's body was found underneath the back porch of an abandoned home on East 93rd Street in Cleveland. Trotter's body was found by family members after she failed to show up for work.

Police tied Ogletree to the murder through DNA evidence.

Trotter was one of three women violently attacked on Cleveland's east side recently. Police say the east side attacks do not appear to be connected.
