SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -

Saginaw police tell WNEM.com the 2002 Dodge Neon belonging to homicide victim Angelica Olivarez has been located in the Lansing area.

Investigators also said Michael Duane Lawrence, the man they want to speak with in connection to Olivarez's death, was sighted in the Lansing area.

Lawrence is wanted for the murder of a 6-year-old girl in 2012 and for questioning in the homicide of his girlfriend, Olivarez. Authorities warn that Lawrence should be considered extremely dangerous and may be armed.

Last week, police were called to a home in the city after Olivarez's 3-year-old son, who she fathered with Lawrence, was found wandering the streets by a neighbor after the incident and is believed to have been left alone for hours after his mother died.

Lawrence is described as African-American, standing 5'10" tall and weighing 160 pounds.

Authorities are now looking to the community to help find Lawrence. They've put up billboards showing his picture and asking for tips on his whereabouts.

Saginaw police detectives are continuing with the investigation and are asking that anyone with information about the location of Lawrence call them at 989-759-1598 or CRIMESTOPPERS at 1-800-422- JAIL.
