Court records show Marshall, who is already a convicted sex offender, did not register his address, which was a requirement after being convicted of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor back in 2003. Marshall faces felony charges for failing to register as a sex offender.
Police discovered Marshall moved two weeks after the most recent alleged rape occurred. However, since he did not have a lawyer, his arraignment was continued.
At his second court appearance of the day, Marshall was arraigned on two counts of rape of a victim under the age of 13, after allegedly raping a 2-year-old. That is when the judge ordered him to be held on $2,050,000 bond.
Marshall remains in jail and is due back in court Monday.
