BAY CITY, MI (WNEM) -

A Bay City man is lodged in the Bay County Jail, charged with sexually assaulting a young boy.

Kevin Lijewski is charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person between the ages of 13 and 15.

Lijewski allegedly raped the boy at his apartment between the time period of December 2012 and January 2013.

The teen alleges that Lijewski plied the boy with drugs and alcohol before making the advances.

Lijewski owns GunRunners, a Bay City gun shop.

Lijewski was arraigned on Friday. He is to appear in court for a preliminary examination on May 24.

If found guilty of the charges, he faces up to 15 years in prison.
