UPDATE: WNEM.com has learned Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics in Beaverton does not have power and the business does not want the second shift to report. That shift usually begins at 2 p.m.
With the recent storms that blew through Mid-Michigan, thousands of people across the area are without power.
Here are the latest outage numbers:
Gratiot County: Nearly 1,100 customers are offline
Isabella County: Nearly 500 customers are offline
Clare County:About 120 customers are offline in scattered parts of the county.
Gladwin County:About 4,500 customers are offline throughout the county, with large outages reported in Beaverton, Tobacco, Billings, Hay and Secord townships. Another large pocket of outages are being reported near the Gladwin State Park.
Arenac County:About 700 customers are offline in scattered parts of the county, with the largest outages being reported in Au Gres and Deep River townships.
Ogemaw County: About 1,500 customers are offline throughout the county with the largest outages in South Branch and an area north of Prescott.
Iosco County: About 900 customers are offline in mostly the southern and western parts of the county. Burleigh and Reno townships are the most affected areas.
Consumers Energy is reporting scattered outages in other counties of Mid-Michigan, but those listed are the counties that have the most affected areas.
DTE Energy is reporting far fewer outages throughout the Thumb. Most of the affected areas are in Tuscola County.
Sanilac County: Over 450 customers are offline on the southwest side of the village of Sandusky. Another pocket on Sandusky's south east side has about 70 customers in the dark.
Tuscola County:A little more than 100 customers are offline throughout the county.
No restoration times have been given, but officials are working to fix the power of those affected. With more storms headed to the area, it could be quite sometime before they are able to get everyone up and running again.
