TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

One of the jurors in the Moody Manor murder trial has been let go because of a past altercation with a defendant's relative.

Juror #6 was called into the judge's chamber to be dismissed. Judge Frederick McDonald explained that she had a previous altercation with Demetria Johnson, James Moore's step-mom. The judge said she will not face any charges.

Moore is not actually on trial. Last week he took a plea deal agreeing to testify against the other two defendants.

The juror was replaced with an alternate and the trial continued. Surveillance video was played from the night of the shooting, and witnesses described what they found when they arrived at the scene.

On trial is Keshawn Jennings and Antwaine Jones. They are accused of shooting into a Moody Manor apartment last August, killing 1-year-old Keondra Hooks and seriously injuring her 2-year-old sister, Leondra.
