BAY COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

The Bay County Sheriff's department has released an image of the man wanted in connection to an armed robbery at a credit union on Friday.

The armed robbery happened July 5 at the Sunrise Family Credit Union, 404 S. Euclid, around 1:30 p.m. on the corner of S. Euclid and Jenny Street, just outside Bay City.

It's unknown how much money the robber got away with, if any.

Authorities told TV5 they believe the robber is a white male, standing between 5 feet 8 inches tall and 6 feet tall. The man wore a black bandana, a mask and a camouflage hat.

He was also wearing blue jeans and used a semi-auto pistol during the robbery.

He was last seen fleeing the scene on foot. Anyone with information about the hold-up is urged to call authorities at 989-895-4050.
