A Franklin man is facing his third DUI charge after getting into an accident at a restaurant drive-thru early Thursday.
Joshua Stark, 30, is accused of striking the car in front of him at the drive-thru of the Steak 'N Shake on Carothers Parkway about 2:30 a.m.
Police said Stark then fled the scene, but when officers caught up with him, he had an open alcohol container in his car, and was found to be impaired.
Stark faces several charges, including his third DUI offense, violation of the implied consent law, leaving the scene of a crash and driving on a revoked license.
He was released on $5,000 bond and is due in court Aug. 1.
