EAST CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Neighbors attended a prayer vigil and concert at Shaw High School Monday night, in memory of the East Cleveland serial murder victims.

The bodies of Angela Deskins, 38, Shetisha Sheeley, 28, and Shirellda Terry, 18, were found in an East Cleveland neighborhood a little more than one week ago.

Michael Madison was indicted on 14 counts in their deaths. He is being held on a $6 million bond.

In a separate meeting Monday night, the police who captured Madison were honored by the Mayor Gary Norton.
