Authorities have suspended a concealed weapon permit for a Flint-area man who wore body armor and possessed a loaded gun while watching the movie "Red 2."

Cassidy Delavergne was removed from a theater Tuesday night in Grand Blanc Township. He's not charged with a gun crime, but federal authorities have charged him with possessing a phony card that says he works for the Central Intelligence Agency.

The FBI says Delavergne had a loaded 9 mm handgun and additional ammunition. Mark Henning, an official with Trillium theater, tells MLive.com that Delavergne wasn't threatening anyone.

John Potbury, spokesman for the Genesee County prosecutor, says Delavergne's weapon permit is suspended because of the federal case.

Delavergne is out on bond. A message seeking comment was left with his attorney.
