CLARKSVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Clarksville police now say they know who robbed two brothers last week and forced them to drive to bank ATMs to withdraw cash.

Cedric Dion Laster is wanted on a charge of aggravated robbery after police said he took advantage of the brothers' kindness.

Chris Layton said he was just being a good Samaritan on a rainy night last Tuesday when he decided to give the man a ride.

But Clarksville police say once Laster got in Layton's car, he held Layton and his 16-year-old brother at gunpoint while forcing Layton to drive him to two ATMs .

Layton and his brother were not hurt, but Laster was able to get away with their cash and their cell phones.

If you have information on Laster's whereabouts, call investigators at 931-648-0656 ext. 5340 or Crime Stoppers at 931-645-TIPS.

Police said the suspect should be considered dangerous.
