MIDLAND, MI (AP) -
Service has been restored after a water main break in Midland prompted the shut-off of water on the campus of Northwood University.
The school announced the shut-off Monday afternoon to all of campus, with the exception of Naegele Village. The city repaired the break, and the school said early Tuesday that water service was restored. Classes are expected to go on as scheduled.
The school had asked people not to use water from campus and instead use bottled water, which was being made available. Restrooms also were closed.
Updates are being posed on the school's website.
