SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

A change in the weather brings heavy rainfall, causing a big mess during the morning commute.

A few areas getting hit hard flooding some roads - like this serious flooding  at 37th and Martin Luther King Jr. Flooding on Victory Drive near Thunderbolt had cars turning around and moving slow. One of the worst spots Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Victory Drive was shut down for several hours because of the flooding that was knee high or above at some points.

Bigger cars made it though, but a smaller car it got stuck in the middle of the intersection.

Heavy rain slowed traffic in all these areas.
