RALEIGH, NC (WECT) – A Raleigh radio host is making national headlines after he was slammed on air Thursday by Paris Hilton during a phone interview after she thought she'd already hung up.
Hilton, promoting a new song and upcoming album, was interviewed by Bob Dumas, of G105's often raunchy Bob and the Showgram, who briefly asked her about her new CD before asking if she regretted starring in her now infamous 2003 sex tape.
"Well, that was not anything to do with me," Hilton responded. "I just dated a person who was a very sick man who did that. So…"
Dumas and his co-hosts continued to ask Hilton questions for a few more minutes until Dumas said goodbye and thanked her for her time.
It sounds like Hilton is going to hang up the phone, but instead, she can be overheard telling her manager, "That guy was a ****ing ***hole. I'm never doing that show again." Her manager responds by saying, "I've already put in a call to them. I can't believe they just brought that crap up."
"They didn't even mention the song," Hilton continues.
"I told them," her manager says, just before the call ends. "I told them twice—"
Dumas and his co-hosts proceeded to burst into laughter.
