SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -

Some wild moments outside a Saginaw Family Dollar store were caught on tape and the incident has first responder on leave.

The altercation involving a Mobile Medical Response employee happened Tuesday while he was on a call. On top, an employee with MMR, pinning down 59-year old Gregory Barnett.

It happened when MMR responded to call in the Family Dollar parking lot. Barnett, who was working inside the store, claimed he came out to help direct traffic. He told the Saginaw News that the MMR employee told Barnett he was in his space. That caused a scuffle.

In the video, you can see an MMR employee is clearly pinning Barnett to the ground. Several witnesses surrounded the two men and one woman tried to get the MMR employee to let Barnett up. After several minutes, he finally let Barnett up, and took off with his partner.

On Wednesday night, MMR confirmed the man is placed on administrative leave while it's investigated.
