Ashfield man injured after being struck by part of bulldozer

An Ashfield man was seriously injured Monday morning after he was struck by a part of a bulldozer he was working on.

The accident happened just before 11 a.m. at a garage which is part of an apple farming operation at 42 Clark Rd.

Isaac Clark, 31, of Ashfield, was rushed to Baystate Medical Center with serious injuries.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has been brought in to investigate the workplace accident.
