PHOENIX (CBS5) -

A man wanted for attacking a teen in the west Valley remains on the loose, and police need new tips to apprehend him.

The suspect is seen in some very clear surveillance video inside a Circle K buying a condom in October.

He is suspected of kidnapping and raping a teen at gunpoint a short time later in the area of 59th Avenue and Camelback Road. The victim was walking home from a bus stop on 59th Avenue just south of Camelback Road.

Within two weeks, cameras again captured him shopping at a Walmart near 40th Street and Thomas Road.

The suspect is described as Hispanic, in his late 20s, standing about 6' tall with a thin build.

The surveillance video caught the suspect's vehicle - a newer model silver Toyota FJ Cruiser with a white roof and black roof rack.

Other wanted fugitives:

Police are also looking for 34-year-old Lawrence Dominguez. He is wanted for probation violation on an original charge of failing to register as a sex offender. He is described as 6' tall and 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

There's also a warrant out for 53-year-old Donald Shelton. He, too, is wanted for probation violation on an original charge of failing to register as a sex offender. He is described as 5'4" tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

People with information about the fugitives are asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS OR 480-TESTIGO.
