PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Phoenix police said they are looking for a man and woman as persons of interest in the fatal shooting of an apartment complex security guard Nov. 29.

Jeffrey Bellemare, 59, was found dead in a walkway between two units of the Graybriar Apartments at 1:30 a.m.

Bellemare, a retired carpenter, had been working as a security guard at the complex on Maryvale Parkway near Indian School Road.

Police said they have very little information on possible murder suspects but witnesses did report a suspicious car leaving the area immediately after the shooting.

Phoenix police are also looking for a car described as an older model light-colored sedan with a vinyl hard top and damage to the left front fender.

Anyone with information can call the Phoenix Violent Crimes Bureau at 602-262-6141 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS (480-948-6377).

The family has set up a memorial fund at Chase Bank under the name of the victim's wife, Karan Bellemare. The account number is 531001571.
