GILBERT, AZ (CBS5) -

A two-vehicle crash in Gilbert resulted in two children being flown to a hospital with undetermined injuries, a Gilbert police spokesman said.

The crash happened at the intersection of Cooper Road and Houston Avenue just before 8 a.m.

The southbound lanes of Cooper Road were closed for the investigation.

The ages and gender of the injured children were not revealed.

No other information was immediately available.
