Clare County Sheriff's deputies were called to a two-vehicle crash on Monday morning on M-115 near Lake Station Ave.
Authorities said a preliminary investigation of the crash scene determined that a Chevrolet pick-up truck driven by Geraldine Marsden, 59, of Detroit, was traveling eastbound on M-115 when she lost control of the truck due to icy road conditions.
Deputies said the truck slid into the opposing lane where it collided with a Subaru Legacy being driven by Collette Anderson, 19, of Buckley. Marsden was ejected from the truck due to the crash.
Police said both drivers, along with a passenger in the Subaru, Elizabeth Warbasee, 18, were all taken to a Clare hospital. Marsden was later taken to Mid Michigan Regional Medical Center-Midland for further treatment.
Authorities said alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash and all the occupants were wearing seat belts.
