Mid Michigan (WNEM)
Mother Nature is sharing a little Christmas joy here in Mid-Michigan in the form of snow showers. Most locations will have accumulations of 1-2 inches, but some areas could manage to pick up 3 inches of the white stuff.
Snow remains in the forecast for Wednesday evening and early on Thursday. Temperatures will be in the lower 20s on Christmas Day. We will see similar temperatures on Thursday and Friday. Temperatures will be near normal on Sunday with some partial clearing. Seasonal Average for this time of year is 32°.
Our next snow chance comes on Sunday, December 29th. That's when another Arctic Front moves in. This system will push temperatures back into the teens for daytime highs on Monday and Tuesday of next week. Be safe out there and have a wonderful Christmas Day!
