Mt. Pleasant police responded to a stabbing at a mobile home park early Monday morning. The incident happened around 2 a.m. at the Bradley Mobile Home Park in Mt. Pleasant.
Police say that a argument started and that led to a 28-year-old stabbing a 49-year-old victim. The victim was stabbed twice and was treated and released for non life-threatening injuries.
During the altercation, the suspect was also injured and tekn to an area hospital for treatment. The injuries sustained by the suspect are unclear at this time.
The mobile home park is located on the far western part of the city, near the Chipp-A-Water Park. Charges are pending as the investigation continues.
