SHIAWASSEE COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

There's been another arrest in the Aaron Idle case.

As WNEM.com has reported over the last year, Aaron idle of Owosso was reported missing by his family back in March 2013.

On Friday, the Shiawassee County Sheriff's office arrested 26-year-old Andrew Jerome Idle.

He's accused of conspiring to deliver a controlled substance to 35-year-old James Douglas Cummings.

Cummings was arrested in August and charged with lying to an officer in regards to a violent crime investigation, which carries a maximum penalty of four years in prison. Authorities said Cummings has also been charged as a habitual offender, second notice.

Deputies said Cummings was in the company of 30-year-old Aaron Idle on March 23, 2013, the last day Idle was seen alive. Deputies said on that date, an arrangement was made to receive a delivery of some sort of controlled substances at Cummings residence, which deputies said was reportedly consumed by Idle and Cummings.

At some point, deputies said Cummings discovered that Idle was unresponsive and presumed to be dead. Deputies said it is believed that Cummings then transported Idle to a nearby dumpster and deposited his body into it. Police said the contents of the dumpster inevitably were collected and taken to a land fill.

Detectives believe Idle's body is buried among the trash at a Genesee County landfill and said his body is unrecoverable.

Authorities say there could be more arrests in this case.
