GOODRICH, MI (WNEM) -

Three years after opening Little G's Pizza & Deli, 46-year-old owner William Moonan found himself in court facing charges of allegedly stealing money from customers.

Moonan is facing three felony counts of using a device to steal/retain without consent. A source tells TV5 that Moonan was allegedly overcharging customers' credit and debit cards.

Moonan opened Little G's on M-15 in Goodrich on Nov. 19, 2010. Moonan is currently on probation for failing to pay child support. He also pleaded no contest to a larceny charge of less than $20,000 in February 2010.
