TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Pinal County Sheriff's Office reports involving Fernando and Sofia Richter, the couple charged with a long list of child abuse and kidnapping charges, reveal new details about an incident involving them at a neighbor's party in Saddlebrooke.

Court documents state Sophia's daughters were locked up in dungeon like conditions inside the couple's homes in Pinal County and Tucson.

Sheriff's reports state deputies showed up at the couples's home in Saddlebrooke for a welfare check last May.  Documents state neighbors called 911 after Fernando Richter got drunk and started acting out of control.

Celeste Flores said she had invited the couple to her home for a graduation party when things got out of control.

"Not her so much, it was him getting wasted.  Before I knew he was drinking out of alcohol bottles, he threw up all over our kitchen.  It was a mess.  They had to escort him out and he made a big scene and broke the tail light to our car," said Flores.

In sheriff's reports, neighbors said Fernando Richter was acting like a wild animal.  One neighbor said Richter was yelling and making crazy sounds like a dog and throwing river rocks towards his house on Black Crest Loop.

Neighbors said they were not aware that the Richters had any children.

Deputies showed up for a welfare check at the couple's home the next day as well.  Sheriff's reports state both admitted to having had a lot of alcohol. No charges were filed.  Deputies said they had no reason to enter the home, as there was no probable cause.
