Police have three people in custody in connection to the death of an M.S.U. student. Dustyn Frolka was found unresponsive on the side of I-69 Feb. 15, believed to have drugs in his system known to cause hallucinations.
Police say two adults and one juvenile are being held on open murder charges. Officers found the suspects in an apartment in Saline with illegal narcotics.
Police say they also obtained a vehicle believed to be used at the night Frolka was found.
The three suspects are expected to be arraigned in court in St. Johns on Monday.
