DETROIT, MI (AP) -

Two men are being held without bond in the Wayne County Jail in connection with a rape that preceded a fire that destroyed a Detroit apartment building.

Police say 21-year-old Carlos Love and 19-year-old Dantraz Oliver-McClung have been arraigned on first-degree criminal sexual conduct and criminal sexual conduct assault with intent to commit sexual penetration.

A woman reported to police that she was raped March 5 at the Jason Manor Apartments. A fire was started at the west side building a few hours later, forcing some adults and children to leap from second- and third-floor windows. At least four people were hospitalized.

No arrests have been made in connection with the fire, which authorities say was intentionally set.

Dozens of people lost everything in the blaze.
