Rain may have contributed to interstate delay

Posted: Updated:

A tractor-trailer wreck tied up traffic on I-65 South in Williamson County early Sunday morning.

A semi-truck hauling cars veered off an embankment near Peytonsville Road Saturday night.

Emergency crews were still trying to pull the vehicle out after more than 12 hours on the scene.

Rainy conditions may have contributed to the clean-up problems.

As of early Sunday afternoon, all lanes are open with no delay.
