Authorities have released the name of a man whose body was found in the snow near a foot bridge across the Thornapple River in western Michigan.
The Grand Rapids Press reports the man is identified as 53-year-old Stephen Edwin Lawrence of Hastings.
Police say a man walking his dog Friday afternoon found the man lying face down near the bridge in the Barry County community of Hastings.
Autopsy results weren't immediately available. The Hasting police department's Deputy Chief Jeff Pratt says there were no signs of trauma or foul play.
