Posted: Updated:
ESSEXVILLE, MI (WNEM) -

Police have determined how an Essexville woman died after she was found in her driveway back in February.

Police have ruled her death an accident.  An autopsy shows the 46-year-old woman died from a drug overdose.

It is not clear what drugs were found in her system but they are believed to be prescription drugs that were legally obtained.

A neighbor found the woman on the morning of February 1 with temperatures in the single digits.

Investigators say she may have been there all night.
