A man was shot to death early Tuesday morning after police say he tried to break into a Flint home.
That man has been identified as 17-year-old Chealsey Luster. It appears he was shot in the chest.
Police responded to a home on the 900 block of Bradley Street just after Midnight Tuesday morning.
Officers say the homeowner, a 72-year-old Flint man, woke to find four suspects in his home. The homeowner retrieved his gun and fired at the suspects, striking and killing one. It appears the suspect was shot outside of the home.
Police arrested the other three and they will face home invasion charges. No charges have been filed against the homeowner.
